What is the Crash Replacement policy?

At Moustache, it’s understood that unexpected events can happen, but the goal is to offer total peace of mind with the “Crash Replacement” policy. Thanks to this policy, you’ll benefit from replacement rights on certain Moustache components with preferential pricing. Ride with confidence we’ve got your back! ;-{D

Eligible components under the Crash Replacement policy:

• Frame and fork: Warranty duration (5 or 10 years)

• Wheel: 5 years

• Handlebar: 5 years

• Luggage rack: 5 years

• Mudguards: 5 years

What are the conditions?

• Your bike must be registered in the virtual garage on the Moustache Bikes website.

• Labor and transport costs are not covered by Moustache.

• Damages caused by normal use (excluding competition and transport) are not covered.
