How to transfer ownership of your bike when selling it?
| Looking to part ways with your Moustache bike and make someone else happy? Follow these steps to transfer ownership of your bike from your virtual garage and pass the torch to the new owner. With the Moustache Code, it couldn’t be easier! This process also applies to other types of markings, such as Bicycode, Auvray, or Recobike, etc. Visit your marker’s website to complete the transfer. |
Here are the steps to follow:

Log in to your virtual garage or your marking account.

Click on the “Transfer Ownership” button.
⚠️ For other marking operators (Bicycode, Auvray, Recobike, etc.), you must first “Detach the bike from the garage” and then contact the marking service to complete the transfer. - 3
Enter the buyer’s contact details

Click on “Confirm”.
| That’s it! The bike will then disappear from your virtual garage (or account) and will now appear in the buyer’s garage. ✨ A special note for buyers: Feel free to create a Moustache account beforehand using the email address provided to the seller to simplify the process. |
